Easter Sunday: Jesus is outside the tomb!
| Easter Sunday 2025 |
Happy Easter! He is risen! He is risen indeed! The women go to the tomb to try to anoint Jesus’ body with spices but there was no body to anoint because Jesus was not there! He is risen and is alive again. We journey with these women as they move from grief through fear, wonder and finally to joy. How do you respond to the Easter story? What do you think and feel when you reflect on these events? Read more

Lent: Journeying with Jesus: Jesus is arrested and tried
| Lent 2025 - Journeying with Jesus / 6 |
As we enter Holy Week, we take time to reflect. Last week we saw how the crowds celebrated and rejoiced because their King was coming into Jerusalem. This week, we see how those cries turn from celebration to condemnation. We read as Jesus is arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane, taken to the house of the High Priest to be put on trial.
