Invitation to Forgiveness
Living Faith - Lent 2023 / 1
This Lent, we are taking a journey through time as we stand at the foot of the cross and reflect upon the words that Jesus speaks. This week, we hear Jesus speak the words “Father, forgive them for they do not know what they are doing.” As you hear those words, think about what they cost Jesus to say. Do you accept Jesus’ invitation to be forgiven, to have all guilt and shame washed away? Read more

“I was there at Pentecost”
Pentecost 2022
It is Pentecost, a day when we remember and recognise the coming of the Holy Spirit. We are pausing from our series in 2 Timothy, which we will pick back up on next week, but today, we look back to the events of Pentecost when the Holy Spirit came upon the disciples in power. Listen as we hear from one of the 120 disciples as they retell the story. Readings Acts 2

Be Prepared!
We look at another of the resurrection appearances of Jesus this week. And as we reflect upon this encounter, we take note of how we can be prepared for the mission and ministry that God has given us. God has blessed us with gifts, talents, and skills; He has led us to the places and people around us. How can we be prepared to share the good news of Jesus with those He calls us to? Read more

Recognising Jesus - Emmaus Road
Easter 2022
At Easter, Jesus made many resurrection appearances to His disciples. One of these appearances was to two disciples as they travelled on the Emmaus Road. At first, they did not recognise Jesus. It was only when they invited Jesus into their home and shared a meal with Him that they were able to recognise Jesus. Just like the disciples invited Jesus into their homes, so we too need to invite Jesus into our lives. Watch and listen as we explore the story of the Emmaus Road disciples and learn from them.

Be Filled With Joy and Hope!
Easter Sunday
Jesus has risen! He has risen indeed! It is Easter Sunday, Resurrection Sunday, the day we celebrate and worship because Jesus rose from the dead to life. This is a day that brought joy and hope to those women who first went to the tomb. It is a day that brought joy and hope to the disciples who had followed Jesus faithfully. It is a day that brings joy and hope to us too! Will you be filled with joy and hope because Jesus is alive? Read more
