As Paul ends his letter to Timothy, he issues his final charge to Timothy to stay committed to Jesus and to preaching the gospel. In the second part of our series, we find Paul instructing Timothy how to remain faithful and committed in the face of faithlessness. Timothy was facing in-fighting and attempts at usurping control of the church away from the rightful head, Jesus. And so, Paul gave Timothy encouragement and guidance for how to remain faithful in the face of such opposition.
